Kathmandu, The price of gold in the Nepali market has reached an all-time high. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations, the price of fine gold has been set at NPR 221,700 per tola today (Tuesday).

Just yesterday, gold was being traded at NPR 217,800 per tola. Compared to that, today’s price has increased by NPR 3,900 per tola.

Silver prices have also gone up, reaching NPR 2,680 per tola today, according to the federation.

Gold prices are also trading at high levels in the international market. As of today, the price of gold is around USD 3,748 per ounce globally.

The federation determines daily rates based on global market trends, foreign exchange rates, and customs valuation.
